REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds related to purchases made on the FindSparx mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By making a purchase on FindSparx, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. OVERVIEW

1.1. FindSparx offers premium subscription plans and in-app purchases (such as Coins, Boosts, Super Likes, and other virtual items) that enhance your experience on the platform.
1.2. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store — Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
1.3. Refund eligibility and processing depend on the type of purchase, usage, and the policies of the respective app store.
2. SUBSCRIPTION REFUNDS

2.1. Free Trial Period
a) If you subscribed through a free trial offer, you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.
b) If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.
c) Charges incurred after the trial period has ended are subject to the standard refund terms below.
2.2. Cancellation Before Billing Cycle
a) You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
b) Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
c) No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
2.3. Refund Within 48 Hours of Purchase
a) If you request a refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase and have not substantially used premium features, you may be eligible for a full refund.
b) Refund requests must be submitted through the respective app store or by contacting our support team.
2.4. Refund After 48 Hours
a) Refund requests made after 48 hours of purchase are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
b) Refunds are generally not provided for subscriptions that have been actively used beyond the 48-hour window.
2.5. Recurring Billing
a) Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
b) Refunds for auto-renewed subscriptions may be considered if the cancellation request was made before the renewal date but the charge was still processed due to timing.
3. IN-APP PURCHASE REFUNDS

3.1. Coins and Virtual Currency
a) Purchases of Coins and virtual currency are generally non-refundable once credited to your account.
b) Unused Coins that were purchased due to an accidental or unauthorized transaction may be eligible for a refund upon review.
3.2. Boosts, Super Likes, and Consumable Items
a) Consumable items (such as Boosts and Super Likes) are non-refundable once used or activated.
b) If a consumable item was purchased but not yet used, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3.3. Accidental or Duplicate Purchases
a) If you were charged multiple times for the same item or made an accidental purchase, you are eligible for a refund of the duplicate or accidental charge.
b) Please contact our support team or the respective app store with proof of the duplicate or accidental transaction.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
4.1. You changed your mind after purchasing a subscription or in-app item.
4.2. You failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4.3. You violated our Terms and Conditions, resulting in account suspension or termination.
4.4. You were banned from the Service for violating community guidelines or engaging in prohibited conduct.
4.5. Coins, Boosts, Super Likes, or other consumable items have already been used.
4.6. The Service experienced temporary downtime or minor technical issues that did not significantly impact your ability to use premium features.
4.7. You did not use the premium features during your subscription period by personal choice.
4.8. You are dissatisfied with the matches or interactions on the platform, as FindSparx does not guarantee specific outcomes.
5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

5.1. Through the App Store
For Google Play Store:
a) Open Google Play Store on your device.
b) Go to Menu > Subscriptions or Order History.
c) Select the FindSparx purchase.
d) Tap "Request a refund" or "Report a problem" and follow the instructions.
For Apple App Store:
a) Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com
b) Sign in with your Apple ID.
c) Select the FindSparx purchase.
d) Choose your reason and submit the refund request.
5.2. Through FindSparx Support
a) Email us at support@findsparx.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
b) Include the following information in your request:
- Your registered email address
- Date of purchase
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot of the transaction (if available)
c) Our support team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days.
6. REFUND PROCESSING

6.1. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
6.2. Refunds processed through the app store are subject to the app store's processing timeline (typically 5-10 business days).
6.3. Refunds processed directly by FindSparx will be completed within 7-14 business days.
6.4. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
6.5. Refunded amounts will exclude any applicable platform fees or payment processing charges that are non-recoverable.
7. ACCOUNT DELETION AND REFUNDS

7.1. If you delete your account, any active subscription will NOT be automatically cancelled. You must cancel your subscription through the app store before deleting your account.
7.2. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining subscription period or unused in-app purchases.
7.3. Any unused Coins, Boosts, Super Likes, or other virtual items in your account will be forfeited upon account deletion and are non-refundable.
8. UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS

8.1. If you believe an unauthorized transaction was made on your account, please contact us immediately at support@findsparx.com.
8.2. We will investigate the matter and, if the transaction is confirmed to be unauthorized, issue a full refund.
8.3. You may also report unauthorized transactions to your bank, payment provider, or the respective app store.
8.4. To prevent unauthorized transactions, we recommend securing your account with a strong password and enabling device-level purchase authentication.
9. SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

9.1. In the event of prolonged service disruptions (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) that significantly impact your ability to use premium features, you may be eligible for:
a) A pro-rated refund for the affected period, OR
b) An extension of your subscription period equivalent to the duration of the disruption.
9.2. Scheduled maintenance windows and minor intermittent issues do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
9.3. FindSparx will communicate any major service disruptions through the App or via email.
10. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS

10.1. Purchases made using promotional offers, discount codes, or special pricing are subject to the same refund terms as regular purchases.
10.2. If a refund is issued for a promotional purchase, the refund amount will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.
10.3. Promotional credits or bonus items received as part of an offer will be revoked if the associated purchase is refunded.
11. CHANGES TO THIS REFUND POLICY

11.1. We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
11.2. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
11.3. Your continued use of the Service and making purchases after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Refund Policy.
11.4. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
