APP USAGE POLICY

This App Usage Policy outlines the rules, guidelines, and acceptable behavior for using the FindSparx mobile application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to follow this policy. Violation of this policy may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.



1. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

1.1. FindSparx is a social dating platform designed to help individuals discover, connect, and build meaningful relationships.

1.2. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

1.3. Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

1.4. The Service should be used in good faith with the genuine intent of meeting and connecting with other people.



2. PROFILE GUIDELINES

2.1. Accurate Information

a) Your profile must represent you as an individual. Group or couple accounts are not permitted.

b) Your name, age, gender, and other profile details must be truthful and accurate.

c) Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any personal details is strictly prohibited.


2.2. Profile Photos

a) You must upload at least one clear photo of yourself that accurately represents your current appearance.

b) All photos must be of you. Photos of other people, celebrities, fictional characters, or stock images are not allowed.

c) The following types of photos are prohibited:

- Nudity, sexually explicit, or suggestive content

- Photos containing minors (children)

- Graphic violence, gore, or disturbing imagery

- Photos with offensive text, symbols, or gestures

- Heavily filtered or manipulated photos that misrepresent your appearance

- Photos containing personal contact information (phone numbers, social media handles, email addresses)

- Photos promoting commercial products, services, or brands


2.3. Bio and Description

a) Your bio should be a genuine description of yourself, your interests, or what you are looking for.

b) Bios must not contain offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit language.

c) Do not include personal contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, social media usernames) in your bio.

d) Advertising, solicitation, or promotion of external products, services, or websites is not allowed.



3. COMMUNICATION GUIDELINES

3.1. Respectful Interaction

a) Treat all users with respect, courtesy, and dignity.

b) Engage in conversations with genuine interest and good faith.

c) Accept rejection gracefully. If someone is not interested, do not persist or pressure them.


3.2. Prohibited Communication

The following types of messages and communication are strictly prohibited:

a) Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, or stalking.

b) Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.

c) Sexually explicit, obscene, or unsolicited sexual messages or images.

d) Spam, chain messages, or repetitive unsolicited messages.

e) Solicitation for money, gifts, donations, or financial transactions.

f) Promotion of illegal activities or substances.

g) Sharing of another user's private information or conversations without their consent.

h) Phishing attempts, scam links, or malicious URLs.


3.3. Sharing Personal Information

a) Exercise caution when sharing personal information such as your full name, address, workplace, phone number, or financial details.

b) FindSparx is not responsible for any consequences arising from your decision to share personal information with other users.

c) Never share your account login credentials with anyone.



4. MATCHING AND SWIPING

4.1. Swipe Responsibly

a) Use the swipe feature genuinely to express interest or disinterest in other users.

b) Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to automate swiping or any other feature.


4.2. Super Likes and Boosts

a) Super Likes and Boosts are intended to enhance genuine connections. Do not misuse these features for spamming or harassment.

b) These features are subject to daily limits as configured by your plan and the platform settings.


4.3. Location-Based Features

a) The discovery and matching features use your location to show nearby users.

b) If the location change feature is enabled for your account, use it responsibly and within the limits set by the platform.

c) Do not manipulate your location through GPS spoofing tools or any external means to circumvent platform restrictions.


4.4. Matches and Unmatches

a) Matching is mutual — both users must express interest for a match to occur.

b) You may unmatch with any user at any time. Unmatching will remove the conversation and the match permanently.

c) Do not repeatedly match and unmatch with the same user to harass or annoy them.



5. PREMIUM FEATURES USAGE

5.1. Subscription features (such as unlimited likes, see who likes you, rewind, priority likes, and advanced filters) are for personal use only.

5.2. Do not share your premium account access with others.

5.3. Do not exploit premium features to gain an unfair advantage, spam other users, or engage in any form of abuse.

5.4. Virtual currency (Coins) and virtual items (Boosts, Super Likes) must be used within the Service and cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the platform.

5.5. Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or fraudulently obtain premium features, virtual currency, or virtual items will result in immediate account termination.



6. LIVE STREAMING GUIDELINES

6.1. If available, the live streaming feature allows you to broadcast live video to other users.

6.2. All live streams must comply with the following rules:

a) No nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive behavior.

b) No hate speech, violence, harassment, or discriminatory content.

c) No streaming of copyrighted content (music, movies, TV shows) without proper authorization.

d) No promotion of illegal activities, drugs, or harmful substances.

e) No sharing of personal contact information during the stream.

f) No streaming involving minors in any capacity.

6.3. Viewers must also behave respectfully in live stream chats. Abusive or inappropriate comments will result in action against the viewer's account.

6.4. FindSparx reserves the right to terminate any live stream that violates these guidelines without prior notice.



7. VOICE AND VIDEO CALL GUIDELINES

7.1. Voice and video calls are available for matched users to communicate in real time.

7.2. All calls must be respectful and consensual. Do not initiate calls repeatedly if the other user does not respond or declines.

7.3. Recording voice or video calls without the explicit consent of all participants is strictly prohibited.

7.4. All communication guidelines (Section 3) apply to voice and video calls.

7.5. Do not use voice or video calls to share explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.



8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Service:


8.1. Illegal Activities

a) Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

b) Solicitation, prostitution, escort services, or human trafficking.

c) Drug dealing, distribution, or promotion of controlled substances.

d) Money laundering or financial fraud.


8.2. Scams and Fraud

a) Catfishing — creating a fake identity to deceive other users.

b) Romance scams — building false emotional connections to exploit users financially.

c) Phishing — attempting to obtain personal or financial information through deception.

d) Impersonating another person, organization, or FindSparx staff.


8.3. Abuse and Exploitation

a) Any form of sexual exploitation or abuse.

b) Sharing, distributing, or soliciting child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This will be reported to law enforcement immediately.

c) Blackmail, extortion, or coercion of any kind.

d) Doxxing — publishing private or identifying information about another user.


8.4. Technical Abuse

a) Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App or its systems.

b) Using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service.

c) Exploiting bugs, vulnerabilities, or glitches in the App for personal gain.

d) Circumventing security measures, rate limits, or access restrictions.

e) Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions.

f) GPS spoofing or location manipulation.


8.5. Commercial Activity

a) Using the Service to advertise, promote, or sell products or services.

b) Recruiting users for external businesses, MLM schemes, or organizations.

c) Soliciting users for surveys, contests, or promotions not authorized by FindSparx.



9. REPORTING AND MODERATION

9.1. How to Report

a) You can report a user, message, or profile directly through the App using the report button.

b) You can also contact our support team at support@findsparx.com with details of the issue.

c) When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible, including screenshots if applicable.


9.2. What Happens When You Report

a) All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

b) Reports are treated confidentially. The reported user will not be informed of who filed the report.

c) Our moderation team will take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.


9.3. False Reports

a) Submitting false, malicious, or frivolous reports is a violation of this policy.

b) Users who repeatedly file false reports may face account suspension or termination.



10. ENFORCEMENT AND CONSEQUENCES

Violations of this App Usage Policy will result in one or more of the following actions, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:


10.1. Warning

A notification informing you of the violation and requesting compliance with the policy.


10.2. Content Removal

Removal of profile photos, bio content, or messages that violate the policy.


10.3. Temporary Suspension

Your account may be temporarily suspended for a specified period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).


10.4. Feature Restriction

Specific features (such as messaging, live streaming, or matching) may be restricted.


10.5. Permanent Ban

Your account will be permanently terminated and you will be prohibited from creating a new account. This action is reserved for serious or repeated violations.


10.6. Legal Action

In cases involving illegal activity, we may report the matter to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.


10.7. Appeal Process

a) If you believe your account was incorrectly suspended or terminated, you may submit an appeal to support@findsparx.com.

b) Appeals will be reviewed within 7-10 business days.

c) The decision after appeal review is final.



11. SAFETY TIPS

FindSparx is committed to providing a safe platform, but your safety also depends on your own actions. Please follow these safety tips:


11.1. Before Meeting in Person

a) Chat with your match for a reasonable period before agreeing to meet.

b) Use the in-app voice or video call feature to verify the person before meeting.

c) Never feel pressured to meet someone before you are ready.


11.2. Meeting in Person

a) Always meet in a public, well-lit place for the first few meetings.

b) Inform a trusted friend or family member about your plans, including where you are going and who you are meeting.

c) Arrange your own transportation to and from the meeting location.

d) Do not leave food or drinks unattended.

e) Stay sober and alert during the meeting.


11.3. Protecting Your Information

a) Do not share your home address, workplace address, or daily routine with someone you just met.

b) Do not share financial information, bank details, or send money to anyone on the platform.

c) Be cautious of users who avoid answering personal questions, refuse to video call, or push to move conversations off the platform quickly.


11.4. Trust Your Instincts

a) If something feels wrong, end the conversation or leave the meeting.

b) Block and report anyone who makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.

c) Contact local emergency services if you feel you are in immediate danger.



12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12.1. Do not upload, share, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted images, music, videos, or text.

12.2. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon by another user, please contact us at support@findsparx.com with details of the infringement.

12.3. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.



13. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

13.1. The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as social media platforms for login or sharing).

13.2. Your use of third-party integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policy.

13.3. FindSparx is not responsible for any issues arising from third-party integrations.



14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

14.1. We may update this App Usage Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, features, or legal requirements.

14.2. The updated policy will be posted within the App and on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

14.3. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

14.4. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email.

By using FindSparx, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this App Usage Policy.

How to Delete Your Account?

If you wish to delete your personal information or your account, you can do so by submitting a request through the app (Settings > Account > Delete Account) or by emailing us at support@findsparx.com.

Once your delete request is submitted, your account will be deleted. Your profile will not be visible to other users and you will not be able to use the app.

After the 30-day period, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers, backups, and from everywhere and cannot be recovered. Please make sure to cancel any active subscriptions through your app store before requesting account deletion.
